Right measurements???

Hey,guys! Whew, I hope this is the right place to put this. So,down to business. I recently returned from a break off cosplaying to get in better shape, learn to use makeup and style wigs correctly, and other stuff, and I decided that now was the time to cosplay one of my favorite video game characters of all time, Samus Aran from Metroid. I'll be doing her Zero Suit and I wasn't sure if my measurements were too out of whack for her yet. Please let me know what you guys think. For reference pics of how I look, the only thing up to date is my forum avatar so my older costumes won't be much help as I have a new haircut, wear makeup, and have grown more. Here are the main measurements:
Bust: 36"
Waist:26"
Hips: 32"
Thanks for the help! God bless you!

Seems like you're in perfect shape/not a bit of extra pudge on you. And why should it matter if your measurements aren't the character's size? If we all had to be physical twins, nobody would be able to cosplay because we don't stand seven feet tall with five-foot legs, J-cup boobs and dinnerplate eyes. Just go rock the suit and enjoy yourself.

I'd go read the Metroid manga and enjoy it, then stop worrying about measurements like those.

Thanks, guys. That really does give me more confidence to do this costume. I've read the manga and looove it and I cannot wait to go cosplay Samus now.
