Marvel vs Capcom Gathering 2012

Who wants to have another Marvel vs Capcom gathering like last year?
Last year's gathering was fun, but small (not to mention I was the only girl.) So this year let's make it bigger and better! This will be my first time hosting a gathering so Dre will be alongside me as the co-host.

You don't have to be a character from the games; it can be any character from both franchises! And we will have battles and a photoshoot! Afterwards, we could all get to know each other and go to lunch. Just tell me which character/team and I'll put you on the list. Invite anyone!

Location will be at the stairs behind the convention center on both Friday AND Saturday at 2PM.

It depends on most people's schedules. Either Friday or Saturday at say 1 or 2 pm. And I need help picking a location because we got moved around the Ballroom 20 area a lot.

Why not one level above ballroom 20? It overlooks the badge pick-up. It has an awesome view of the embarcadero and into downtown.

Okay that'd be a good spot. Now time and date. Friday or Saturday would be preferred but I want your opinions and and so you can schedule accordingly.

Hmmmm... if I can, I'll come as Wesker. And I'll try to bring Doctor Doom with me as well. But we're both gonna be really busy this year. It's only possible for us to make it if it happens Saturday or Sunday.

Hey guys I was thinking of going as either scarlet spider (Ben Reily version) or the punisher (swat version). Let me know what you guys think and the actual date, time, and location. And hey if you do it both Friday and Saturday I'll come one day as one and the other day as the other.
