Hello! I'm making a Tsubaki cosplay costume and I need help finding a pattern to make the main dress component. Anybody have any scans of the pattern or tell me where I could find one? Thanks!

It seems like a basic long coat pattern would work.

coat? I disagree, it's fitted and lighter weight material than a coat, especially with that full crossover top.

I'd look for a dress with that kind of sleeveless top, you can add on a collar and fake the front crossover with trim pretty easily.
like this, skip the flowers, add the collar & your 3/4 of the way there.

if nothing else, you could use a basic Wrap dress pattern and then just lengthen it and create a collar, instead of doing the wrap band, just have it snap shut on the front side where it overlaps
