Anime Banzai!

Hey! Akahana here, just wanted to know whose going to ANIME BANZAI this year? This year's convention will take place in Layton Utah, at the Davis Conference Center! I also want to know, what everyone is wearing, and if you are making or buying your costumes....I my self I am buying....I am cosplaying a Soldier of ZAFT this year! No set character, just an OC! ^_^

I'm making my cosplays for the most part, but don't have any of them fully set until I finish them unfortunately xD;

This will be my 5th Banzai if I can find a way up there. (Which is why I wish I had cosplay friends.) Why does it have to be so far away?

I do have an uncle that lives up there, but that would be too awkward staying over at his house.
I can't sew, so I have to find people to sew for me. However, I'm tempted to order from online because it would be nice just for once to have a really good cosplay. I'm tired of not having good ones. I'd love to be Lightning (FFXIII), but that's more of a dream cosplay so I'll probably try and go for Serah (FFXIII) and then maybe Anbu Sakura. I change my mind throughout the year, so who knows if this will stay concrete.

This year'll be my 2nd Banzai. ^-^
I'm also planning on making my own cosplays. I'm also thinking that a lot of my friends are going with me, otherwise I won't be able to make it up there.
As for who I'll be, my Shiftry gijinka for sure, Team Rocket grunt, and possibly Kaoru Hitachiin.
Unless I somehow add more cosplays in. xD Which might happen for that Team Aqua grunt I've been wanting to do..

w00t costume plan change! I am now going as Usagi from PGSM kirari super live! I might even bring human luna with me, and minako.

And BTW I am glad it's in Layton because I live in a city right next to Layton. I would go to Anime St. George and Fannituku but they are too far away.

Even if it is a good hour or so drive from Orem, I'm totally doing it.. XD

You should totally try and come to Fannatiku! We would LOVE to see you there!

As for banzai, I think I've decided to bring Klaha (Malice Mizer) and Gakupo (vocaloid) and perhaps I'll wear my Princess Neptune dress for a while, since my friends want to do a shoot.

This will be my 2nd year at Banzai! YEAH!!!! Already preregistered back in July and thankfully have a car to do the 1 hr drive to Layton. so far!!!!.

Going as Houran from Saiyuki; Requiem and Bianca from Rune Factory Frontier.

So excited to go just a couple of more days now!!!!

This was my first year at Banzai, (I only just moved to this state) everyone was very lovely and kind! I had a wonderful time! I was cosplaying as Genderbend Panty, Psychedelic Dreams Celty, and Kobato Hanato in a Kigurumi~

This was my first time at Banzai since they moved it to the new site. I gotta say it was awesome. Some of my youth has been restored! I'll post up what pics I took, once I get them off my camera, if any want to see.
