I'll be using this dress for a fem undertaker from kuroshitsuji. I'm looking to spend about $100 for it, but I am open to negotiation.

Yeah. That was the same blog I found, so I don't really want to order from there. I don't even know where the original dress is from. I just really need this dress, it's perfect for my cosplay :3

That dress is not very complex,you can spend less than $100 to make it.
