Agreed - maybe it's a little less "accurate" but I think it will look a lot better.

Buster sword is looking great! How much does it weigh? Looking forward to the tutorial and more in-progress shots; after seeing some of the props at Dragon*Con I've realized that I need to step up my prop-building a notch or two.

You mean the wig? Yea Accuracy isn't always GOOD looking..It looks more realistic this way..I mean I'm not a freak game character with hair that is impossible to get so I want it to look more like if you were to see him naturally walking down the street.

Just added 2 more pics to my profile. They are IN cosplay pics with the new wig. I am wearing everything I have but I couldn't get my sword in because it's too big to fit in a pic on my closet mirrors..

Oh, yeah, that does look even better than the last one. And in that lighting, it looks like a wonderful compromise between "yellow" and "natural blond".

It's the same lighting for all the pics in the full body mirror. It's all my room with the door closed and a red fleece blanket over my window so the light will basically always be the same so it's great for comparing lol

I've been having some troubles with things because I read a nasty thread on 4chan I was linked to. I was never made fun of for my cosplays before I didn't know how it felt, but they used a picture of another one of my cosplays in a thread to bash me..Makes me wonder..

I think it's kinda funny how they make fun of me, yet have no pictures of what THEY look like....

4chan's /cgl/ doesn't really exist to me. It's a lot of subpar people complaining about things that they aren't and can never be. I don't even pay them a grain of salt. Don't waste your time on CGL.
