Where can I get sock garters ?

For my Demon!Ciel cosplay, I want to get sock garters. The things that hold up his socks(sorry don't have a reference picture). Preferably I would like to go to a store instead of buying them online(though I am open to it). I could also make them myself. I do have a little bit of crafting experience but I would just rather buy them.

The question is do people still make them? I've come across this problem with hoop skirts, because no one uses them anymore they're no longer made :/
So I'd say your best bet is to make them or to get another cosplayer make them for you. I'd say that is your best bet. (: Plus making it yourself wouldn't be expensive at all, it would just be black fabric and elastic. (In my limited sewing abilities I think that is what one would do)

Here ya go! My friend bought hers from sockdreams.com and they were great. She used them for Ciel and Anya from Code Geass.
