How do I make a Loki cosplay costume
Ok I am really new at Cosplay, Sure I love pretending I am the characters, but I have no idea on how to start even making a costume. I am in need of some help. Can anyone tall me where to start when making a Loki costume?

Try looking at the "loki cosplay" tag on tumblr, a lot of people have posted some helpful stuff there including breakdowns of how the outfit's put together. His Avengers costume is really complicated and will definitely be a challenge even if you have experience sewing, so if this is your first cosplay you may decide you want to simplify it some--though you certainly don't have to!
If you have any specific questions, pm me and I will try to answer as best as I can, though I can only really talk about how I'm building mine and I know not everyone's doing it the same way.
