With the armour being as thick as it is, I've noticed when coming to the joint components (elbows, knees, shoulders) I'm having to float the EVA pieces on top of EVA strips to ensure they attach to my body without hitting the other pieces too often and preventing movement too much.
Now, this stuff is 11mm thick and the Sintra is 3mm. If I'm encountering this problem now, isn't the Sintra covering going to compound this immensely?
I'm a little worried, as I can't afford any screwups - do I continue with the 11mm EVa + Sintra plan, rebuild the EVA pieces I have in 3mm craft foam and then use sintra, or do I just coat and paint the EVA foam and save the Sintra for another build?
