Oreki Houtaro's Cape, Hyouka!
Hello, I'm planning on creating Oreki Houtaro's outfit from the second ED of Hyouka, and have no idea on how to start on his cape. I have never created a cape before so I'm looking for advice on what fabric to use and a pattern for it. It would be nice if someone helped me get started.
