Foam fabric for Master Shake cosplay

I've been thinking about doing a Master Shake cosplay for a while now, but I'd rather not do a cheapy one like I've seen so many people do (sheets, etc). I saw this commercial on CN a while ago that had a friggin' PERFECT looking costume:

I've been trying to find some similar foam fabric to make this with, to no avail. Does anyone have any idea where to get such stuff? Also, I'm not exactly a costume maker, but I am fairly decent with design and mechanics (engineer by trade), so any pointer in actually making this idea a reality would be awesome and much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Ren

Thanks. I had thought about that, but wasn't sure if it was the same sort of material.
