Fitness HELP

Hi, I'm struggling to lose weight I weigh 59 kgs and 5 foot 3 tall. I'm not happy with the weight or the way I look. I've tried doing exercise and dieting but it didn't work. Please help me!

Well, if you want to loose it, you can start from some little things. No need in histerical diets or smth like this - later it will give you big problems with organism.
Maybe you need to start from something little? For example, I lost more then 3 kilogrammes after stoping to eat carbohydrates after six ^^"
There a lot of easy rools for being in good form and havingno problem with your lovely food. If you want, I can tell more ~~

Losing weight isn't fast. Exercising and eating healthier does work, you just have to be patient and stick with it. If you can't do high intensity exercising yet, start small by just walking/power walking and build yourself up to jogging/biking/high intensity interval training/etc.

What exercise did you do, and for how long?
How much cardio, and how much weight lifting did you do? How often per week did you do those things?
What dieting did you do, and for how long?
When you say it didn't work, is it a case of you not losing any weight, not losing enough fast enough, or did you gain weight?

Rach, I am going to start a thread to ask me fitness questions, etc. but would be glad to answer here!

first off, are you male or female?
Secondly, what are your current eating habits?
Thirdly, what are your activity levels and what do you currently do to stay active?

Answering these 3 questions will give us a framework to move forward with!
