There will be a Slayers cosplay group at AFest this year. There is a Lina, Amelia, Zelgadis, and possibly a Gourry so far. Is anyone else doing Slayers this year? It'd be great to get a group pic together.

Awesome--I was actually going to ask if you were willing to bring it back for this photoshoot. I saw on the AFest forums that there might be a Gourry in attendance. I wish I knew who cosplayed Xellos last year at A-Kon and Filia this year so I could ask them too.

So when was everyone wanting to meet-up for a photoshoot, I'm trying to get a head start on my con schedule this time around.

TifaIA might have to answer this one since her schedule is more set than mine (I can adjust things outside of the cosplay runway if I need to). Hopefully they'll have the schedule done by Thursday since that's two weeks before the convention (aaaaagggghhhh!) and plans can be made.

More or less, I'm most open on Thursday after 2pm, Friday before 5pm (cosplay runway, pre-judging time is between noon and 1pm), Saturday after 8pm, and Sunday between 3 and 5pm. I will be wearing Lina for most of Friday.

We'll be in Slayers gear on Sunday. Anytime before 4 we're good!

So it looks like sundays goning to be out best bet for group shots, how's 3pm sound?

All I can say is that I'll try. My gaming session ends at 2pm, so if I can get into costume in under an hour, I'll be there. I won't be able to use Galvayra during the daytime.

Hmmm that does pose as problematic, but it was just a suggestion to get the ball rolling. I'm open to whatever time everyone available!

No no, I wasn't criticizing the suggestion, don't get me wrong.

It's more that TifaIA's and my schedules REALLY don't line up this year at the convention--it will be easier to get one of us than the other depending on the time and the day.

Both of our Saturdays are so packed that Saturday is entirely out regardless of time. I know TifaIA is teaching a few panels and won't arrive at the convention center until well after I do.

Hmmm...actually, I had a thought. Shibby, when are you arriving at AFest?

Probally Friday morning, I'm hoping to get up there as soon as registration opens. Really all I've gotta do for Naaga is change whenever needed for a photoshoot.

Ah, okay. TifaIA isn't arriving until later on.

What about a Friday night shoot after the Runway? I don't know how TifaIA would feel about that. Also, Sunday night after the skits might work too.

I'm trying to think of locations for this around the Sheraton.

lol. Yeah scheduling is a b this time around. We can only really wear Slayers on Sunday, but we'll be in it all day long. We're just too busy! XD
