Blue Hair?
Hello again!
So, me being an impulse buyer, i bought two blue wigs. Really short, dark blue wigs. One might possibly be used in a comission, but the other, I have no clue what to do with. So! 1. Who can I possibly cosplay who has short, dark-blue hair, male or female? 2. Anyone wanna buy them if I cant come up with any half-decent ideas? |

Either Miki or Kozue from Revolutionary Girl Utena--and if you have a friend who would cosplay with you, you'd use both wigs! There's also Sailor Mercury from Sailor Moon.
