Hello all,

Just curious if anyone else is planning any Tales costumes. I am debating whether to bring a costume or two from Abyss, Vesperia or Legendia. It would be awesome if someone else had some character from one of these!

And if not, I'll just stick with Final Fantasy all weekend. :P

It's kind of unfortunate that my Alexei cosplay is currently being redone haha, otherwise I would have something from Vesperia.

All I have right now is Leia from Tales of Xillia, but I'm still iffy on bringing her right now.

Let me know if you end up bringing Leia! I'll probably have Norma from Legendia with me, which will never match anyone else's costume ever (seriously nobody even played Legendia). Would totally love another Tales person for a pic or two!

I've played Legendia! I wanted to cosplay Chloe for a while. If you're Norma, then we'll have this awesome "yellow" theme going lol. I'm just iffy because her wig isn't the right color and playing backup until I can actually get a proper wig for her Everything else is ready to go for her.

Annd uhh I want to say I'll have him fixed up before Otakon next year lol. He's kinda on the low end of priority to get finished, since he's stuck in "tinker when I feel like it, because I have other plans" group.

Aw man, I love Chloe! She is hands down my favorite from Legendia and I love her character design, especially her cute little hat. Norma is just so retarded, she suits me better.

I actually don't have a good wig yet either. My hair is about the right length but is platinum blonde so if I don't have a wig, oh well. The cosplay police haven't arrested me yet for wrong colors.

Then we shall be the wig mishap duo. I'm thinking Friday or Saturday I'll be Leia right now. It really depends on when all my photoshoots are going to be scheduled.

I'll be bringing Raine again this year. I don't know when I'll be wearing any costumes, since I'm on staff. I don't know what department yet or whether I'll be allowed to cosplay while on duty.

Well I'm for sure doing Norma on Friday... will definitely be on the look out for any other Tales characters. If either of you can wear yours Friday, let me know and we can meet up somewhere.

There are several Asian markets in town...what's your favorite flavor of gels? (In Japanese, the healing items are gummi candies.)

I'm in NYC so i can't go to this con, but if anyone has a costume for sale for a male character from the Tales series I would be interested! Really wanted to do Jude Mathis but would do Asbel Lhant.

I know I've seen apple, orange, kiwi, grape, pineapple, lychee, and maybe lemon, but I'll see what they have if I can manage to get to the market. It depends largely on my work schedule, which I won't know until the last minute. (I'm a substitute teacher, so I'm pretty much on call all the time.)

I'm not really into sweets personally but have been meaning to get some gummies at some point to have with one of my Tales costumes just for the lol. If you get them, awesome! If not, that's okay, we all understand about work schedules.
