Roselia gijinka
Hi all! I recently learned there's going to be Pokemon themed events at a con I'm going to so I need help figuring out my gijinka's hard parts.
Pokemon - http://i617.photobucket.com/albums/t...bc9cfde242.jpg Rough sketch of gijinka - http://i617.photobucket.com/albums/t...ec349218a8.jpg I already have a base dress and finding its matching long gloves, shoes, and tights. Things that are a problem: head part, leaf shoulder pads, front leaf, and roses For the head part I'm unsure if I should use a wig or make a helmet-like crown out of craft foam. Leaf shoulder parts I'm thinking to use foam and shape it so they stick out like the picture then covering it in either dark green fabric or dark green paints. Front leaf I think making it with fabric so that it flows with the dress. And lastly the roses! I am wanting them to be on wristlets so I can take them off if needed or slide them further to eat and etc. Not sure how to make them but I've seen some in stores that I can paint red and blue then attach to wristbands. Need advice on this. Any help will be grateful! Edit: Am no longer doing this cosplay until a later date. Last edited by Rangiku12 : 09-21-2012 at 11:58 AM. |
