jolten and eevee help!

so me and my friends are doing the original eeveelotions plus my 7 yr old nephew as eevee and i need help getting out cosplays together. one big thing is the neck furs. i just cant think of how to do that. ive been looking at some pics but havent seen wha i wanted >> also what are good color scheme appropriate for jolteon. ive seen yellow and black, yellow black and white and one was a millitary one with lt surge. also jolten is seem rep as either a boy or in some a tomboy, how can i as a girl use thisto my advantage? same with eevee a a young kid? any pics?

Just keep it as simple as possible. Basically you just need the proper colours and to have ears and tails.

So for eevee if you got a brown coat or vest you can add the fur around the edge like in the pics. Brown pants/shorts and ears and tail.

as for jolteon depends on what you want to wear

Same idea though, yellow pants/ skirt/ dress add a few details ie black/and fur. Ears and tail .

As long as you have the right colour scheme and the ears and tail most people catch on who you are.

any idea how to make like their collars? like the white spikey fur around jolteons neck, same with eevee? as im wanting to make them out of fur if its easy to make

I would just cut it out in the shape i want it, ie spiky look, sew the edges if need be to prevent fraying, and just sew it on around the collar of what your sewing it too.
Ones a video, and the others are tutorials. The first tutorial actually shows you. Just take your time with that part.
