I think it looks lovely I can definitely see the Stempunk inspirations in its design and the lolita shapes are there to back it up. Though it still seems to need a little more. Maybe a gear broach or some more added to the bow or belt.
What do your shoes look like?

I love it! Maybe browse the steampunk thread for accessory ideas? It just feel a little under accessorized, although I love the pocket watch on the skirt, its PERFECT!
