Pattern Help - Erza Scarlet blouse

I'm cosplaying Erza Scarlet at London MCM next month, and I need some help with my costume.

I'm trying to make the sleeveless blouse with the ruffle on the front that she wears when she's not in her armour, but I'm not sure how.

Does anybody have a pattern or know where I could find one to modify?

This is the best pic I can find of it.

You could just use a basic button-down shirt pattern (if you can't find a sleeveless one just make a facing for the sleeve hole) and then make the ruffles by gathering long strips of fabric that are hemmed and then attache them along the facings where the buttons go.

That's my plan, but I can't even seem to find a basic blouse pattern. Everything I can find is fancy and frilly.

Just a quick search of sewingpatterns.com gave me tons of button down blouses and a few pages in I got this. There's always basic button down patterns out there since they are a wardrobe staple.

No problem. I always look around sewingpatterns.com for stuff then I head out to local stores to see if they are having sales on patterns and snatch them up. That site is great because it also carries brands that places like JoAnn's and Hancock Fabrics don't carry.
