Unhappy How can I fix this wig?

I'm new to owning wigs, and I ordered a long black wig from eppiccosplay a bit ago. (my friend suggested it)
It's long and black with some wavy bits at the end, and my friend told me she'd help me style it. I trusted her, and I went to the kitchen to grab snacks, upon my return I had this:

The wig is supposed to look like this though

The ends are no longer wavy, they`re just frizzy and bunched together. The top is fine, but the ends are a mess. Any tips?

Okay, usually in this case it looks like you might want to invest in a conditioner spray (found here), a wig comb (here), and a Styrofoam head (here)

Pin the wig onto the head, spray it with the conditioner and GENTLY comb it out. If you brush too hard, you are going to pull out the hairs and damage the wig further. Also, you might want to find some sort of stable way to hold down the head so you can use it. Find a buddy, or a bottle or something (Really, I have no clue ;_; sorry!) But try that out! D: I do hope you can fix it!

Be sure to comb from the ends first and work your way up. Also work a small section at a time. It will take you time (an hour or more) and patience but it can be done. It looks like your friend tried to run a brush or comb through it from the "root" to the ends.

This may be helpful to you. It's basically what's already been said, but visuals and product info are always helpful.
