As of right now I try to stretch daily to keep my flexibility and increase it a bit more, since I could use it.
I'm not in any dance classes, however I learn a lot of Kpop and Jpop dances and whenever I'm bored, low on energy, or tired during the day I get up and stretch and dance to a few songs. I would love to be in a dance class, but there is only a ballet one near me, and I don't think that is my type or something I'm interested in.
In a month or two, however, I will be starting aikido. Just need to get the money saved up for it.
