Dyeing A Wig?

So, I know about the different ways you can dye a wig. But I'm not sure what style wig or what color(s) of dye to use.

This is the color I want. I was thinking about getting Arda's Eowyn in Dusty Rose since it's close to that color. But it looks too light, how should I go about making it darker?

Check if arda's wigs are sharpie dyable, grab a sharpie in a shade darker than the wig and color. Make sure to test it first. There are also rit dye methods.

Wha. RIT definitely works on Arda. It just depends on what color you're trying to dye to.

Yes, it's sharpie dye that has been unsuccessful for people in the past. RIT is the go to choice and I think FW ink will also work, but perhaps only with the airbrush method.

FW in a spray bottle should work as it's acrylic based ink.

I personally like to do the dye bath method with Arda wig but you only get at most 40% of the original dye colour fused to the fibers (and I mean fused as once you dye it this way nothing will take it off. lol)

Honestly, I would go with RIT (or Dylon) dye, because the color change is so subtle. Ink is more for if you want something BRIGHT and bold, or a drastic change.

Actually, I think the Dusty Rose wig will work fine as is (color-wise). I own the same wig and it's the same color as Bianchi's hair.
