scars over both eyes

How would I create scars over both of my eyes? My character intentionally injured both her eyes. It is unknown how, and it looks like a huge jagged mess across the eyes.

I still need to be able to see, so nothing like latex.

Thanks!

I am having a hard time really seeing her scars and don't find a good reference.
Maybe FX Silicone or 3D Gel effects. With either you could pre-make the scar and apply it when you want to wear it. With Gel you can re sculpt it and therefore play with making it until it is just how you want.

White contacts maybe?
And the brown jagged scar mark?
Maybe try an eyeshadow? Outline it with a brown brow pencil or something. Try a few things with liners and shadows
