Help with finding a pattern for a Mad Moxxi costume?

Good morning all! I am going to a friend's costume party, and am planning on going as Mad Moxxi from Borderlands. I am making the costume myself, so I need a fairly basic wo.en's double breasted jacket pattern. Or advice on how to make a pattern myself. Thanks in advance, and I will be sure to add pics of my progress!

attaching links for pictures always helps, but as far as I know of MM her outfit in this case is more like a bustier with extensions to make it more like a jacket, if you start with it as a bustier/strapless dress rather than a jacket, it will end up being a lot easier
Anime USA 2016...Halloween!
Nanami- KamisamaKiss
Yuki Yuna- Yuki Yuna is a Hero

Otakon Vegas..January
Card Captor Sakura White and Yellow Dress

Katsucon 2017...February
Yuri Kuma Arashi- Kureha Bear Form
Yuri Kuma Arashi- Kureha OR Lulu School Outfit
Sailor Jupiter- Renareve
Sailor Jupiter- Chiliferrets

Awesome Con 2017
Deadpool/X-men Comics- Siryn...not sure which version yet...
DC Comics- Raven Either Teen Titans or Original Comics version....

I thought about making Moxxi too, but I haven't gotten past the research stage yet. Here's what I found so far in terms of patterns for that jacket. Adding a collar could get tricky, but I think the TV's dinner bodice is your best bet.

This could also work: http://store.reconstructinghistory.c...70s-1910s.html

Good Luck!!

If you find any info on her bullhorn, could you drop me a line, if you don't mind? (I know this is dead, but I'm just throwing this out here.)

So what your going to do is get a chef coat. Sew it to fit your body snug but not super tight. then cut the top where you want your chest/bra to show.https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.142758839265596.1073741829.142688865939260& type=3

Hi! Actually what I've seen most and what looks best is when they make a horn out of a smaller lamp head, painted, and attached to the handle piece of a megaphone .
