Critique on Sebastian Michaelis

The newest cosplay I have done is Sebastian Michaelis from Black Butler. Last year in November my father and I did a photo shoot at a historic hotel close to where we live and I am curious to receive some critique on it. My father is an amateur photographer and generally always looking for feedback so it would be interesting to hear what people have to say on what's been done. I will say before people go to that costume though, *the two photos that are black & white, and sepia tone were NOT altered by my father.* That is artistic rendering I added in after, if you comment on those two photos please comment on composition only, and do not criticize him for the actions I chose to take with them later.

The first thing that comes to mind is that several of the outdoor shots appear to have incorrect focus, focusing on background elements instead of the subject.

I'll look again once I'm at home on my better monitor and can evaluate some of them a bit more.
