Hey everyone! This is the host of the gathering speaking.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend to this year's convention. (I have some very important business to attend to and I cannot be absent.) I'm really sorry to have informed all of you so very late but it only came up on short notice. I do apologize very deeply for the inconvenience. If anyone would like to take over in my stead, then you're free to. I ask of you all to please spread the word as to what had happened. Again, I'm very sorry. Please do not be upset, but if you are, I accept that. Next time, I promise, I will not fail you all.

I can take over the gathering if everyone doesn't mind. ^^ I'll submit our request now since we all have agreed Friday at 3. Edit: Oh, cool. Looks like some of you already informed them of our gathering. Let's hope they put our location up time for other people to see!
