Great Exercise Videos~

It seems like there are quite a few people here who are looking to lose just a little bit of weight and get slim/toned and overall sexy looking
There is a fantastic series of workout videos by a South Korean woman named Jung DaYeon
here's the lady herself:

and guess what, she's 45 years old and has had 2 kids! Yet she's got a great body thanks to these workouts.
So here are a few of the videos. It's called Figurerobics. They aren't in english, however they're very easy to follow!

Like i said, these workouts are best if you're looking to lose a relatively small amount of weight and just get a toned and tight body, or if you're in pretty good shape and want to maintain your physique. Don't expect to shed a ton of pounds from doing these workouts alone.

Good luck, have fun, and work hard!! Let's all reach our fitness goals!
