and guess what, she's 45 years old and has had 2 kids! Yet she's got a great body thanks to these workouts.
So here are a few of the videos. It's called Figurerobics. They aren't in english, however they're very easy to follow!
Like i said, these workouts are best if you're looking to lose a relatively small amount of weight and just get a toned and tight body, or if you're in pretty good shape and want to maintain your physique. Don't expect to shed a ton of pounds from doing these workouts alone.
