Motivating to keep fit from cosplay

I used to have a big ass and a lot of fat in my belly, but now i'm satified with my figure. ^^
the tips are,
1. write your own loss weight plan
2. buy a balance and weigh yourself before and after dinner
3. eat less for supper
4. buy expensive cosplay costumes which are tight for you (it's the biggest motivation for me to loss weight)

Please just be sure yourself that you will have your ideal figure before you want to quit
just step by step.

Are you a troll or something? None of your "how to lose weight" posts have any HEALTHY or even detailed advice in them. Most of them look like something pulled from a pro-ana website.

I haven't read any of her other posts, but these ones sound perfectly healthy to me.

it's my way to loss weight and it still works, now I just weigh myself and do some exerices to keep fit, like mountain climbing, playing sports in public areas and the charges are for free. ^^
