Any pattern drafters have a good pattern for a uniform?

Hey guys! I am looking for a pattern that will match this outfit:

I am looking for a pattern for the one in GREEN with the black hair! Please, please help!

If worse comes to worse, try to match it to England from Hetalia, and I wll take it from there!

I also need a pattern for those perfect old-world army puffy-pants, if anyone knows where to find them, and a pattern for this coat as well:

Again, I am looking for the GREEN uniform, thanks!

The Zerochan links don't work.

Where in the world are you? In the US or Europe it might actually be easier & cheaper to find a vintage uniform than to make something that detailed & tailored from scratch. There is a LOT of high skill sewing in a uniform like that.

I'm guessing you mean riding pants? Try Kwik Sew, they have a riding pant pattern. Folklore has one also.

Thanks! Sorry, I didn't know what the pants were called. Everything I have learned came from my grandmother, who is a professional seamstress.

As for trying to find a vintage uniform, I have tried multiple times, and gone to stores all over my state, (I live.in the US), but I haven't been able to find anything close, let alone inexpensive.
