You will need a setting spray for this kind of makeup job. Something like Ben Nye Final Seal. ELF also has a setting spray, but I don't know where to find it in Canada. I wouldn't use hairspray given how close the makeup is to the eye. Otherwise, check the other threads in this forum related to body and face painting. Good luck!
I could probably hit up Michaels since id like to go there is weekend
I know that drugs stores have them and I could probably find a purple eyeliner and use the setting spray once I get it (probably not what you meant) but probably not an orange one since makeup seems to come in shades for peoples natural skin color and just to need to find one that looks good. But like you suggested, cake makeup. What kinda place could I find this type of make up (probably not a walmart but I guess it couldnt hurt)?
Other than that thank you
