I have a virus! Help!

So, I was on dudeiwantthat.com, just looking at random pages, (I downloaded nothing) and some weird techno music came on. I left it playing while looking in other tabs, since it was kind of catchy. However, even after I'd closed all of my tabs and restarted my computer, it was still playing. I tried good old ctrl+alt+del, which didn't help. I just ran a virus scan with ESET NOD32, and it found 23 infiltrations. However, only 3 files were cleaned, and the music is still playing. How do I get rid of the 20 other files? What do I do? Please help me, I don't want my dad to work on this computer since I have a ton of yaoi on it!

This. Made my day. LOL

Try scanning with malwarbytes. That usually works best and will delete any suspicious files.

Malware Bytes and Microsoft Security Essentials work as a pretty good team, and both are free.

Shockingly something free from microsoft that's good.

I'd recommend running your virus scans in Safe Mode. To get into Safe Mode shut down your computer and upon restarting it hit the F8 key continuously until the screen opens up to the page that lists starting in Safe Mode. Your computer will look kinda funny and the icons will probably look enormous and low-res. Starting in Safe Mode prevents you from getting an internet connection which prevents malware and viruses from starting up with your computer being turned on.

You can run your virus scans in Safe Mode still so don't worry. You just are not connected to the internet at this time. Leave your scans running as long as they need to without interruption.
