Exclamation Tentative CATWOMAN

I would like to (HOPEFULLY) add SEMI-permanent white stitching to my batman returns pvc suit. I'm considering making pre-taped lines (Gaffer tape? Medical tape?) and marking on top (whatever craft tape/white sharpie?) ...I'd like the option of simply peeling the tape off after the fact. Such an expensive suit = I'm reluctant to go at it with a needle...or direct markings...) Any suggestions? A simpler solution? Or a good non-adhesive tape to use on pvc/vinyl fabric?

I like the idea of tape with stitching on top of it. Another option that is super easy to remove is blue painter's tape painted/Sharpied black and white. It sticks like masking tape, which I believe should be good on PVC, but leaves no residue when taken off. You can cut the tape to be the exact width of the stitches (so when you paint it you'll just be making bands of white and black across the width of your tape) and thus will help make the stitches look more like part of the suit itself.

While tape does come off easily, it is going to look like tape, no matter how much you paint it. Painters tape in particular will fall off because it isn't intended for use on things that move.
Nothing is impossible, but some things are very expensive.

My Etsy shop: http://www.etsy.com/shop/penlowe I make non-fitted custom things to ship within the continental US. I only do fitted garments for those whom I can meet in person.
