Does anyone know how to make Tama's Horn's from Zoku Natsume Yuujinchou... I really need help whit that, so they have to look smooth and nice... And maybe little fur? If anyone know tutorials for that please give it to me!

I'd buy a headband that's light blonde and then sculpt then out of either model magic or paper mâché them. They look like reindeer so I would use just plain paint

So I'd make the horns with whatever method you're comfortable with (modelling clay, paper mache, etc) and then for the "velvet" I'd look into a product like velvet powder:
http://www.velvetpowder.com/

I've never used it but it looks like a loose product that you could apply to a surface coated with glue. http://www.trabi-freunde.net/modellb...i/DSCF1708.jpg This model was coated with it, and it looks like you could use it for your horns. It comes it lots of different colours, too.
