Aigis Cosplay-need help with feet

I am working on a cosplay of Aigis from Persona 3. I am having a hard time figuring out how to make her robot feet. I really love the way this cosplayer did them:

but I am pretty clueless about how to do something similar. My budget isn't too restricted on this, so I am open to any and all suggestions. Thanks!

They appear to be cylindrical cones around around the feet going to the knees. Cardboard would be fine as a base as you can layer fabric over it.

But if you want it to be slim around your feet, then I hope you like wearing high heels as that's the only thing I can think of to slim the feet area to make such a small cylindrical area.

I hope this helped.

That did help, thank you. I'm technically not supposed to wear heels as I have a bad knee, but I think if i go with wedges it will be ok.

Sometimes sacrifice is necessary to make a great cosplay.

But it should never be to the extent of damaging yourself which could result in some nasty repercussions.

So I say to please take care of yourself and not to take any unnecessary risks OK.

Valid point, thank you for the concern. I have a doctor appointment for my knee coming up, so I'll ask him about it, and if he thinks it's a bad idea, I'll come up with something else.
