*Update Edit 6/5/2013: A poll has been established for to decide when is the best time for the gathering to take place. The poll is in the format of multiple choice in the case of someone changes their mind, and/or makes a mistake for what time they are most comfortable with.

Tuturu~! Okarin! Mayushi reporting in! I am sort of feeling a bit weird with the time of the gathering being at 11 AM as I know that I will be at the Dealer's room. May I suggest to put the gathering at 12 PM, instead?

I'm still uncertain of my summer class schedule until the 3rd, but as I'll most likely take the day off anyway I'm fine as long as it's not Day 2. Thought I would also like to push for something later than 11 as quite a lot of people like to go in early and get first dibs on things in the exhibition hall once it opens.

That being said, it is most certainly the choice of Steins Gate to have this gathering of Lab members gather once more in response to our call. While the date is still tentative, I look forward to seeing everyone at AX and here are some pics from last year http://imgur.com/a/oDefF . El Psy Congroo

My other self I am truly sorry for doing so I'll go back to the other world line to fix this matter in the meantime for the whole group when is a suitable time for everyone on day 1 or would anyone suggest a day change as well?

Edit: A poll is now open for voting the best time for the gathering to be held on.

Hm, one of Okabe's weird get together ideas again? (Roundtable, he called it?)
...anyway, I'll be coming as Makise Kurisu. I'll also be bringing Ruka, Suzuha, genderbend! Moeka...and Okabe.

I-It's not like I'm glad he's coming!

(On a side note, about my friend who's being a genderbend! Moeka; let's just say, another World Line, another time. : p)

Indeed Christina, and with the aid of my most faithful other self from another world line, we shall make this a gathering of Lab Members that all will remember.

With the grand power of my Reading Steiner that was granted to me by Steins Gate, I have see vast possibilities on how peoples lives can drastically change. If there was a female Rukako then why not a male Shining Fingers (though maybe I should call him Burning Fingers for his blazing spirit), there have even been female Kyouma's and they are every bit the mad scientist that I am.

I am truly curious of what time everyone plans to attend this gathering. I would still go by 12 PM and a later time, but we have to eventually confirm the gathering ASAP as AX is rolling in fast like the iconic boulder chase in the Indiana Jones movie.

If you go early enough you'll be fine. In my vast experience, I was in line last year around 9-10 to get my sister her ticket and it was definitely shorter than the day 0 line, only took about 30 minutes. My friend bought his pass on day 1 and took him about 5 mins though it did cost him $80

I'm glad to see more Lab Members heading the call and I look forward to seeing you all there.
