I like (post-)cyberpunk more than steampunk. Is that an unpopular enough opinion for this thread?

I also think people who complain about a given technology should be forced to sit a written exam on it (and be expected to give the results next time they comment on it).

I have zero feels about the new Les Mis movie.

That show never did anything for me.

"Show" as in "Broadway show", or musical, or whatever.

Both the novel and musical have been adapted into films a number of times.

Never had a chance to see and or read it. I am told the play is amazing, but I guess I never had enough interest to bother with any of it's incarnations.

I am also told it's fanbase is large and protective.

Dear god I love and hate les mis at the same time (musical). The music is great the play is well written, but I can't get over everyone dying except the worst two characters. I HATE THE ENDING.

I've heard some stupid things on Coscom before, but this comment goes into the 'Coscom Hall of Fame". That was the stupidest fucking thing I've ever read on here. My brain hurts now. Good....lord...

Anyway, this thread is hilarious. At least I got a few laughs out of it. Exit stage left from this thing now...

Popping in for a moment...

As someone who had a potentially fatal childhood illness and survived due to modern medicine and surgery, I'd just like to thank those who would rather I die because of their ignorant belief system.

I only hope my Ph.D. in chemistry will somehow atone for my "failure" to adapt to your flawed interpretation of Darwin's theories.

One of my friends is an extra in the film, he can confirm that Russel Crowe is in fact *pause for effect* an ass.

Hugh Jackman is nice though apparently.
