MLP Jester Pinkie
I have always wanted to make a Jesters outfit, and I saw the new episode of My Little Pony and Pinkie Pie shows up in a Jesters outfit

But I am not sure how I would need to go about making this outfit. One of my friends recommended using a Harley Quinn pattern and modifying it as needed. But any other suggestions?? Also what Fabric should I make it out of??
