Question Chii's work dress?

Hiya people!

So.. I'm currently making this cosplay: and it's going well.. except for one thing!

I can't figure out how to do the freakin' thing behind her ears!

Its hollow like a headband, but not sure on which material would work the best.. for the ears I simply used friendly plastic.

Any suggestions? :I
I believe in the power of Nyah~

If I understand you correctly, the "thing behind her ears" is actually a sort of hat, often referred to as a dutch-bonnet. Her outfit is a depiction of the "Sexy Scandinavian milkmaid" fantasy. It should be made with heavily starched fabric, such as heavy cotton or linen. It might help you to cheat and fuse some heavy interfacing to the underside of the fabric instead.
