Odd question. 1 outfit + multiple days = ?

Thoughts on wearing the same outfit for multiple days to a convention?

People do this and it is not a big deal as long as you keep it clean, iron it as necessary each day (ideally iron it completely for each day), Fabreeze it as necessary (or use similar odor eliminators for fabric, not perfumes/colognes), and/or wear underlayers that act as buffers such as a shirt or shorts that can be swapped daily (if the costume allows). Paired with daily shower and proper deodorant application, it will be fine. Some costume pieces that directly touch your skin and are prone to absorbing sweat could even be hand-washed in hotel room.

Re: No one will notice or care as long as you and your costume are clean and presentable, do not smell bad, and you are still having fun at the con.

Completely agree with Ion. It's fine as long as your costume is clean.

I was recently going through Convention Checklist you might need this especially if traveling far away.

• Staying Overnight (Clothes) Underwear| Shirts/ Pants | Shorts | Skirts| Socks/Pajamas | Sleepwear| Bathing Suit (Hotel Pool!)|Belt| Comfy Shoes| Jewelry| Jacket |Coat | Sweater |Umbrella| Raincoat

• Staying Overnight (Hygiene) Toothbrush| Toothpaste| Dental Floss| Mouthwash| Soap| Bodywash| Shampoo| Conditioner| Febreeze|Face Wash| Deoderant | Antipersperant| Washcloths |Towel |Razor (Or other hair removal) Shaving Cream| Tweezers|Hair Brush | Comb| Nail Clippers| Hair Curler |Straigtener| Stain Remover Pen
--Read the back of body wash/shampoo if the ingredients name are too long or you're unable to pronounce it. Use little to none of the product. (Sulphates dry out the skin/hair. Mineral Oil/Petroleum doesn't absorb well and just sit. If you can get organic products that would be best. Like coconut oil: no scent+ it absorbs quickly+keeps you fresh. To perserve.)

• Staying Overnight (Everything Else) Earplugs| Pillow| Sleeping Bag| Power Strip Suit Bag |Garbage Bag (If you plan to make a mess) Spare Batteries | Rubber Bands| Clothes Hangers | Zippered Plastic Bags| Sticky Notes|Lint Roller Bag for Dirty Clothes|Suit bag for cosplay costume

I pretty much have the same idea, as long as you can keep the costume clean, fresh smelling, and presentable, its never a problem for you to wear it multiple days. I've done that a few times before

When I had 1 costume for 3 days of the convention it sorta did come to my mind about what other people would think seeing me the same for 3 days. But I'm wearing regular clothes under it and being inside helps. I don't eat wearing my costume so that's a set of trouble that won't get me. When I am done for the night I leave it out and spray Febreeze on it, let it air out and it's good for the rest of the con. Keep yourself clean too of course. You will eventually have to wash whatever costume because wearing it to 10 conventions and just using Febreeze won't cut it.

As mentioned by many of the others, people won't say anything. In a convention you'll see many people who do this as not everyone can afford 2-3 costumes for a convention or some people just want to wear that costume. As long as you keep it clean, no one will even say a word about it. Another thing that CS3 mentioned that would be good is not eating with your costume on, but most of the time I can't do that so I'm very careful with what I eat during a convention.

Eating? Pfft... there is no time to eat a convention... to much stuff to do XD

Lol but seriously, yeah I agree be careful when eating because there is nothing worse then getting a stain that you can't get out on the only cosplay you brought to the con.

Bring a Jacket, Coat, Sweater, Scarf and Mittens too. Also drink some hot tea, coffee, or hot chocolate. I'm sure the hotels have that. Or my fav hot soup or Ramen. Or hot soup+ramen. Ugh now I'm hungry.

I'm bringing a bib then in case, I'm going to be sorrowfully hungry at the con and can't help myself.

I'm expecting to be hungry the whole con, since I'm already dieting to be a similar size to my cosplay.

Hmnn...This kinda shows my hunger levels.
