Pepakura boarderless printing?

Hello,
I was wondering if it was possible to print a pepakura file with no margins/boarders. It seems like it needs to be at least a 5mm margin but I really need to print with out any. Is there any possible way?

'Fraid not. Most (excluding special-purpose and possibly commercial) printers, have a region around the page that cannot be printed on. This small region is typically necessary for the varied apparatus that are responsible for clasping and moving the page around within your printer. You'd need a printer that specifically doesn't have this sort of mechanism. Something like a plotter, which tends to be fairly expensive.

I have a printer that offers borderless printing up 13x19 but I only need letter size printing. But it seems like the pepakura program only offers a 5mm boarder. Is there anyway to get rid of that?
