I need opinions, is this going to far?

Ok, so I'm planning on crossplaying Danny Phantom in the summer. The costume itself is going to be pretty simple, since I'm just going to alter a back zentai suit.

Now here's my problem, since this is my first time wearing a zentai suit, I went to talk to one of my guy friends since he's worn them before for cosplay, and during our conversation he mentioned how he had to wear a cup so it wouldn't look so awkward "down there."

Anyways this got me thinking, should I wear a cup too? I know don't actually need one (since I'm a girl) but should I wear one anyways to at least give myself more added "effect" into looking like a guy?

Or is this going way too far and I should just stick to binding and contouring with makeup? I would like to know what everyone thinks.

Packing is never going too far, if you want to then do so, there is nothing wrong with it. However, look up some proper packing tutorials so that your bulge looks real and not just like, well a sock stuffed in your pants or an awkward lump.

I don't see how it would be going too far so long as you don't get a gigantic one. XD I bought one for Vergil, but it was uncomfortable with the tight pants so I didn't end up using it.

Well, it's all up to you to decide what you do but personally I think that unless you don't otherwise pass really well as male it could end up looking really... odd... for a lack of better word.

I ended up making my own cup when I cosplayed Papillion (basically a zentai suit) because even the ones made for boys were too akward and wide and misfitting. Wonderflex is your friend.
