Not quite your average cosplayer...

Hi, I'm JustinBailey. I am not quite a typical cosplayer. I am primarily interested in kigurumi/animegao (while I do have an appreciation for non-kigurumi cosplay, I'm not especially interested in doing it myself). I will be 3D printing my masks, rather than using the usual method of making a mold from a clay sculpt and casting a mask in FRP or paperclay from it (as far as I know, I will be the first person to make a kigurumi mask this way). This will allow me to make masks faster and cheaper than anybody not 3D printing them (my masks will be externally indistinguishable from those made with conventional processes, and a bit heavier than FRP masks, but lighter than paperclay masks). I am currently working on my first mask and am more or less done on the basic design (my first character is going to be original; I will also use this as my first generic mask design). Once I have finished making my first mask, I will start accepting commissions for masks. I will also eventually be taking commissions for props that can be 3D printed.

Here is my mask model so far:
