I had this problem for almost a year. I simply didn't get hungry, and would really only eat when my sugar crashed. I've found that, with me, the less I exercise, the less hungry I am. If I work out, I have a normal appetite, but if not, then I just don't get hungry.
Try doing some small work outs and see if that helps? (Make sure you have the energy to do so and don't overdo it.)
