I was wondering whether anyone else has had trouble getting either the "Butterscotch Blonde" or the "Natural Blonde" colors from cosworx. I'd love to buy one, but it doesn't appear on the drop-down color bar.

Is this just my computer? Or has Cosworx discontinued these colors? Anyone know?

Since there looks to be a really big sale promotion going on (50% with a code I think?) those colors might just be out of stock at the moment.

^ Out of Stock most likely as they are trying their best to only list what they have in stock in their warehouse rather then back order a wig that you might not see again for a few months.

I'll also note I haven't seen any complaints recently about lost order since they are now only listing what they do have in stock.

There will be a restock date announcement very soon. Some of the popular colors have run out of stock, but most of our restock is already manufactured and just waiting to be shipped to us.

I recently ordered two of the same wigs and I only receieved one. I already emailed about it and awaiting a response but im hoping its not because its out of stock now :/

I was actually wondering the same thing; but I was looking into buying the Super Short in White or Silver for my Jack Frost cosplay, but its not showing up in either color for me either.

Most likely its out of stock, but it should say that next to the color/style so that we actually know that it is.

PM me your order ID and I'll expedite the issue - I'm going to guess that the person who packed it accidentally sent one instead of two, but we can get the other one out to you right away. Sorry about that. If you were able to order two, they were both in stock and the other one can still ship out.

The way our software works, when something runs out, it disappears from the drop-down list.

We're considering getting an expedited side-shipment along with our main shipment, so that everyone who needs something faster on a currently out-of-stock color can be taken care of before the main shipment arrives.

I'll have more info on that when we receive our estimated arrival date.

Is it just me or does it still really suck that the only place customers can get answers is on this forum from forum admin and not the actual cosplay.com shopping phone number or e-mail that's been set up to deal with this stuff?

I still won't try buying from them in case something goes wrong with the order.

same thing happened to me. I emailed almost 4 times and pm'd the admin and NOTHING.

Don't order from cosplay.com. I ordered over a month ago and it's still not shipped out. They don't respond to email either. I just opened a paypal dispute before my money goes to waste.

I have a few wigs from here I love them all and this is the first time anything went bleh but it's resolved so Im happy~
