Unhappy No Hunger???

I don't know if this is normal or not, but for the past 3 days, I have had no hunger at all. I eat portions of food about the size of a dollar every 5 hours just so I don't pass out somewhere. I'm not on my period, so Im not bloated, and I've been told to drink water, but that doesnt help either. Anyone know what this is?

You should probably go to the doctor. Something is maybe up with your metabolism.

I had this problem for almost a year. I simply didn't get hungry, and would really only eat when my sugar crashed. I've found that, with me, the less I exercise, the less hungry I am. If I work out, I have a normal appetite, but if not, then I just don't get hungry.

Try doing some small work outs and see if that helps? (Make sure you have the energy to do so and don't overdo it.)

I am sorry to hear that. you should take care of yourself and maybe you can have some yoghurt. I hope it will help you to bring back your appetite.
