From my search it looks like a 70's or 80's model? As long as it was manufactured before 1983, you should just get it serviced. '83 was when they switched to stupid nylon, then later plastic, gearing.
Dear lord, something that was new when I was in high school being called 'vintage', ugh, my mom's machine is vintage, it's a 1940's Singer. Still runs like a champ too.
Bernina are brand specific, their feet don't fit anything but Berninas. BUT Singer was the standard for so long there are tons of feet from other manufactures that will fit your Singer and vice versa. I have 2 Jamones and use some 'universal' and some old Singer feet on both.
