Looking for WARM fabric for winter
I'm looking for a warm fabric to use in the winter. I'm looking for new lining for my spirithood in order to get extra warmth. I really don't have a price range I'm just looking for something that works.
Or if there are any other suggestions to help hold warmth I'd love to hear about them. Thanks in advance! ![]() |

Wool and fleece are great options. I interlined (sandwiched between main fabric and lining) wool on my Fai coats body, only, and was super toasty even out in the wind and feet of snow!

Flannel is pretty cozy too, and isn't terribly thick, so that might be a good lining choice!

you might even look for thermal interlinings in the home dec department of your fabric store, some of those fabrics are actually made to keep heat or coolness in depending on the weather and you could use it between the layers if you needed a little something extra
