Sewing, Dyeing, What..help

I'm looking at Vanellope Von Schweetz leggings.

I'm not sure how to go about it. Any help at all with the swirl is welcome

Maybe that's something you can do with fabric paint? Get a pair of white leggings, put tape over where the white stripes are supposed to be, and paint on it with some watered-down fabric paint for a more even coat..

That's what I would try, at any rate. I haven't actually done it before.

u can run it that way, but make sure u have either the leggings on or on something that stretches the way u do (ie a duct tape model) so the lines look the same on.
besides that you could make them from scratch, but that would be very time consuming for the leg with 3 colors
