I have two Kasane Teto cosplays right now, and I'm pretty proud of them. They are very simple and they are more of 'found object' cosplay, but I like them anyways. I am a novice at cosplaying right now, mostly because I don't have the money or a sewing machine to work with on super awesome costumes.


Anyways, I would like to know what you think of it. And what do you guys think I could do to make them even better for the new year of conventions.
I don't really think there's much more I can do with them, so if I don't get that many critiques I will just work on the next thing: Teto's actual costume.

Really do love your matyroshka makeup. She is wearing brown full gloves in the picture(although I do know that Matyroshka cosplays besides Miku/Gumi are mostly designed by the person). Oh and watch out for badge photobomb in pictures.

For Camellia Teto, the first thing I noticed was the lack of a camellia flower(you're using a rose I think). It's actually pretty easy to just make one and attach a ribbon onto it so you have that correct too. Also the shirt should be more formfitted.

Good tips, thanks. I know for the Matyroshka I need the gloves, and the boots. Probably wear my pigtails outside the hood too. And I read that the Camellia is a type of rose. But I will look for a tutorial on how to make a camellia from paper. When I get a sewing machine, I'll probably tightin it a bit and iron it.
