Medi-Gun and Übersaw

I was wondering if anyone has created a Medi-Gun (and backpack) and Übersaw and if they could give me any tips on how to make it? I'd like it so I dont have to carry the Medi-gun all day but can attach it (if thats the right word) to my backpack.

I'm prepared to spend at least $150 on making this, and maybe a little more. I want it to look realistic and be able to light up too.

Thanks you so much if you can help

How good are you at working with industrial material like plastic, wood, and metal? Also do you have access to power tools?

I'm excellent with wood and metal... I dont have many power tools but I know I can use the school tools (obviously with supervision of a teacher)...
